***edited*** Well I tried to put a little preview pic but for some reason its only showing up as the html, anyone know why?
<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">That's because you're using UBB code. For some reason this board is unlike every other discussion board I'm on in that it uses HTML code for posting links. I always forget, and that's why all my posts with photos in them are edited. [img]redface.gif[/img]

    The magic formula is...

img src="Your photo URL in quotes here"

Put a < right before it and a > right after it, with no spaces to get it to work. Or, if you use Photobucket, just copy and paste the stuff on the second line under your photo.

    Voila! Instant photo.

Edited to change the link a couple times. Nope, using an imagestation album photo doesn't work.

    Sorry. [img]redface.gif[/img] Duty called.

To get the URL for your Imagestation photo, you need to RIGHT click on the photo and select "Properties." The URL displayed there is the actual image URL that you want to use.

    Then, type..

    < img src="Your URL in quotes" >

...only take out the spaces between the < and img, and between the closing quote mark and the >. I'd love to type it out exactly as it should be entered, but then it tries to display an image that doesn't exist and you can't see what I wrote.

Ooh, this is a perfect topic, because I just finished uploading some new photos of my current doll displays onto Imagestation. I put in pics of my AG dolls, of course, and also of my Magic Attic, My Twinn, and Only Hearts Club dolls just for some variety. If you click on the link in my signature, then choose the "My American Girls" out of the album list, the new pics start at #52.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">thanks for the magic formula! It's weird because for my signature pic I used the [img][/img] code.
